Instructions
  • Give minimal space from your guard; keep structures strong.
  • Turn your waist 45 degrees and touch the opponent's hand, forearm, and upper arm.
  • Place a spare hand to protect the jawline and throat.
  • When the opponent kicks to the ribs, do a low scoop to intercept. Once the opponent's feet are hooked, grab the ankle and spin right around. Grab their toes and break the leg.
  • Three main ways:
    1. Punch from side
    2. Punch from lower
    3. Kick to the ribs
