Instructions
- Give minimal space from your guard; keep structures strong.
- Turn your waist 45 degrees and touch the opponent's hand, forearm, and upper arm.
- Place a spare hand to protect the jawline and throat.
- When the opponent kicks to the ribs, do a low scoop to intercept. Once the opponent's feet are hooked, grab the ankle and spin right around. Grab their toes and break the leg.
- Three main ways:
- Punch from side
- Punch from lower
- Kick to the ribs
