In order to get more applicants to your Virtual Assistant job posts, you need to drive traffic to it. There’s a couple options that you can try, depending on your requirements and budget as well.
Method 1: Sharing In FB Groups
The most popular way to find Virtual Assistants, and the #1 method that we use in house as well, is to share your Job Post/Google Form in Free Facebook Groups dedicated to Virtual Assistants. You can find plenty on Facebook by simply looking up “Virtual Assistants” or “VA Jobs”.

Method 2: Posting On Popular Job Platforms
A second method used to hire VAs (and any other type of team member as well), is to post your job post on popular Job Platforms/Websites. This will speed up the process of getting applicants quicker, and possibly even increase the quality of the applicants (depending on the site used) but it will very likely increase the hourly rate or base salary. A lot of these Job Platforms either have a minimum per hour rate or they have extra fees and costs to post the jobs in the first place or when you hire them directly.
