If you have an in-house VA that you want us to train, kindly reach out to Regz and send the VA’s email. We will send your VA access to the training document and instructions on how to move forward.
How the VA Vetting Process Looks Like
Phase | Step | Task | Timeline | Done | You can @Client Acquisition and ask for help in this column |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Step 1: Setting your Expectations | 1 | 1. Some VAs are not confident in speaking English 2. Some VAs have no Lead Generation Experience - We train them to be an expert in this field. 3. VAs can only do what they are trained for and even that, they will still need a bit of time to get used to the work. Please remember that most VAs have no experience. Your patience will be very much appreciated. Do not hesitate to reach out to @Regz Daplas if you have any concerns. What your VA will learn: 1. Prospecting using Facebook, Instagram 2. Email Scraping 3. Lemlist contacts uploading and template set up 4. Updating the Foundational Copywriting Sheet | |||
Step 2: Be informed | 2 | 1. VA Rate is $3USD/hour 2. Incentives per deals closed from a VA’s booked meeting should be around $50-$150 - this can be more if you want. Any additional incentive plan is at your discretion. Other incentives can be: 1. Per qualified loom request 2. Per booked meeting 3. Reached a certain number of loom requests or booked meetings | |||
Step 3: Complete your requirements | 3 | You need: 1. Accomplished Foundational Copywriting Sheet (Niche, sub-niches tab, message structure) 2. Optimized Instagram Accounts with followers For Facebook, make sure the accounts have joined 2 to 3 groups that your VA can prospect on. For Instagram, make sure followers are already loaded in the account. | 1-2 days | ||
Step 4: Requesting a VA | 4 | You can request a VA by sending Regz a DM. | 1-2 days | ||
Step 5: Placing a VA | 5 | VAs will be picked based on your request. Their email address will be sent to you for onboarding. Please email them and arrange an onboarding date and time. Discuss everything needed during the onboarding. | 1-2 days | ||
Step 6: Onboarding | 6 | Set up a date and time with your VA for the date of onboarding. During onboarding you must discuss the following: 1. Payment frequency (We recommend weekly) 2. Payment channel (We recommend WISE for PH VAs. Sign up for an account here) 3. Working Hours & Days (Should be a time where you are online/awake and ready to answer questions) 4. Goals and Role 5. Daily Target (100 new DMs + 50 follow ups / VA for 5-6 hours) 6. Expectations 7. Meeting Schedule 8. Discuss certain criteria that you’re looking for in a lead/prospect 1st week prospecting Volume (5 accounts each VA): Day 1 & 2 - 10 messages each account = 50 Day 3 - 5 - 15 messages + 10 follow ups per account = 75 + 50 follow ups Day 6 onwards - 20 new messages + 10 follow ups per account = 100 + 50 follow ups You MUST give your VA access to the following: 1. Complete filled up Foundational Copywriting Sheet 2. Optimized accounts that will be used for prospecting 3. Your VA should book a shadowing session with us. LINK | 1 day | ||
Step 7: VA Training | 7 | Your VA will go through two shadowing sessions. 1. Shadowing session that will show them how we do the work. 2. Shadowing session where they will show us how they are doing the work. It takes 2 days. If we believe that the VA is ready to work, we will let you know. They can then start prospecting on their own. If they need another session, we will let you know. | 2-3 days | ||
Step 8: Start Prospecting | 8 | Expectations: 1. Your VA must reach daily KPI goals 2. Your VA should send a daily EOD report 3. Your VA should be sending follow-ups every day after the first 2-3 days of prospecting. What to do: 1. Check your campaign performance. If you need us to interpret your results, join the Wednesday Campaign Review Call from 12 pm to 4 pm EST. 2. If there’s anything wrong with the sheet or something that needs to be checked with your campaign, you may contact @Regz Daplas. | |||
Step 9: Building a good working relationship | 9 | We recommend that you have a daily meeting with your VA. Just to check how the previous day was, did they face any issue so they can easily communicate it with you. This also builds good communication between you and your VA. | |||
Step 10: Motivating your VA | 10 | Don’t forget to motivate your VA. Share with them the goals of the company and what’s in it for them when the company grows. Don’t forget to compliment them for their hard work and make sure that you incentivize them and give them what they deserve. |
