MESSAGING FRAMEWORKS AND APPROACHES TO USE WHEN PROSPECTING!
There are a few approaches that you can use when trying to get a stranger to get on a call with you:
OPTION 1:Â You can start a conversation and nurture them till they like you and trust you enough to get on a call
OPTION 2:Â Cold message + You can warm each prospect up by sharing pre-built content (personalized loom video) that is meant to educate them on your service/product and that sell them on getting on a call with you.
OPTION 3:Â Mix option 1 and option 2, you use both approaches at the same time to get better conversion rates.
In our service, we mostly focus on using the second approach ( OPTION 2) , as itâs the one that is the easiest to scale and the most efficient one!
The framework for the messages in this approach is simple and here they are:
MESSAGE 1:
Hi {name},
Hope youâre doing well,
{Explain how you found the prospect and why youâre reaching out to them}
{Explain what you specialize in using one or two lines}Â ( Get {{ outcome }}Â using {{ mechanism}} in {{time frame}}
{Offer something of value, something they canât say no to}
Thank them,
Your name.
MESSAGE 2:
Hi {name},
{Explain why you want to follow up with them}
{Add some proof, using one case study or social proof}
{Explain why it is important for them to receive and go through the value that you want to share with them}
{Ask them for their email addresses - we always want to take the conversation off the current platform}
Thank them,
Name.
MESSAGE 3:
Hi {Name}, { Use one line to follow up with the prospect and asking them if they saw your last few messages}
{ Add a piece of content that you made but that isnât related to the video that you made for them and recommend them to check it out and give you some feedback}
{ Remind them that youâd still be happy to share the video if they give you their email}

MESSAGE 4:
Hey { First name},
Again, { let them know that youâre following up on your last messages}
{ Remind them of what transformation/outcome that youâre able to give them}
{ Ask for their email so you can share the value content}

These messages will be used on platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram, so we need to create an email sequence for the prospects that end up giving us their email addresses!
SCALING ISSUES
When youâre wanting to scale or when you want to start right away with a lot of volumes, this value approach needs to be tweaked a bit.
Your goal as the business owner shouldnât be to spend all your days making personalized videos for each warm lead that comes in, you have to leverage the tools available in order to scale.
I personally donât ever make any personalized video for prospects unless itâs a prospect that I just got off the phone with and they want something cleared.
Iâve created and I keep creating new assets ( videos ) that are evergreen that can be used to educate and sell my expertise or our service.
Examples of assets are:
- Flow chart of our whole business: this helps people understand exactly what we do from A to Z.
- The process took to solve a specific painful problem that the market is facing.
- Zoom interview with the client
- Results from the best performing campaigns
- My opinion/ perspective about the current situation of my niche and how they can get to where they desire to be.
Once these have been built, the I use or my specialist uses the following message sequence:
Scenario: A member from a Facebook group commented on a post or theyâre part of a Facebook group that is full of qualified prospects.
Hey {first name},
Hope youâre doing well! I thought Iâd reach out to you as I saw your comment on this {specific post}
I actually help {specific niche}Â solve the {specific problem} that you are dealing with!
I have a short video going over how we do it and a few steps that you can take to solve the problem, is it cool for me to share it with you?
Prospects respond:Â YES ( Even if they respond No, I recommend that you still send them the video, cause that video will just get them warm to your offer)

Iâd love to get your feedback once youâve viewed the video! ( It is really important to add this in your messages as it will make them feel like they owe it to you to share the feedback and the more people respond to you, the more they get used to you!)
