While logged onto an UpWork account search for new jobs with the following searches:

• Facebook AND www.
• Social media AND www.
• Lead generation AND www.
• Instagram AND www.
• Ads AND www.
• Digital marketing AND www.
• PPC AND www.
• Google ads AND www.
• Media buy AND www.
• TikTok & WWW

We are going to be looking for jobs with the “USA ONLY” filter on and “expert” and “intermediate” level jobs filter, and trying to find jobs that fit into 3 categories:

• Social Media Management
• Local business advertising (normally lead generation)
• E-commerce ads
• Tiktok

We are only looking at jobs that are less than 72hrs old, have less than 20 applicants.

1. These jobs will then be sorted in this sheet where your VA will do some research and data entry.

Category: Either SMM (social media management), LB (local business), or E-com (e-commerce business).

Website: The reason we are searching “Keyword AND www.” is we are only looking for jobs that have the business website linked to the job post. You can find the website link and include it on the sheet.

Email address:

• Note sometimes under a job post it will show clients reviews, and often it will say something like “Antonio was a great boss, I’d work with him again” which gives you the hiring managers name

First - Use Hunter.io chrome extension and see if the name/email address is easily visible or use Snov.io whatever is preferred

Second - Search “(Business Name) Linkedin” and find the owner (or highest ranking person) and use SalesQL chrome extension to see for email

Third - Take the name listed on UpWork (if possible) and head to Verifilia and enter “name@domainname” and see if it is accurate

Fourth - Use the info@ help@ or whatever generic email is found on their website, and make a note in the google sheet cell where you enter the email, in this note include the name if possible, as we will still use this name when sending the email

1. Log into your email address.
2. On a daily basis check when follow-ups are due. Note that follow up 1 is 1 day after the first message, and follow up 2 is 3 days after the first message.

When following up you want to “reply” to existing email, not create a new email.

Make sure you fill out the (customized) parts of the follow up.

When you do follow up make sure to note the date on the sheet.
