There are 3 main categories of the service you can sell to businesses in relation to TikTok:
- Organic management + content
- sell it as the first offer to get your foot through the door
- ideal if you are just starting out or do not have access to leads who do 75-100k pm + in rev.
- reasonably priced, great margins, high perceived value from the business owners perspective
- Ad creatives - UGC
- probably UGC is what you have heard about many times before

- UGC is a tool to build trust, thus there is always a story
- technical details of UGC videos (20-33 second long, hook - main story part - CTA)
- 4 categories of UGC videos to be aware of (Problem first, testimonials, unboxing, how-to)
- don’t invent anything new - get good at recognizing what is great out there
- find the creators and be the creative director after analyzing a bunch of successful creatives
- Ad management
- less evolved and less complex compared to Facebook
- the creative does the heavy lifting but you charge based on value provided (through running ads) and due to great performance potential you can make $$$
How to structure sales and evolve your offer:
Sell organic for 3-4 months and upsell as they start loving the platform and you + as your agency matures and develops
(should be able to cross 10k + by closing 3-4 clients —> unreasonable not to get there)
