What is a Value Vault
A Value Vault are quick links you can share with your audience on a whim that provide immense value to solve a specific issue. Similar to a lead magnet, but easier to create and distribute.
Here’s an example → @toozer (value vault) →
We’ll build ours in Notion for ease of use and shareability (you can also do this with Google Docs)
How to build your own
- Setup Notion
- Create a New Page
- Add Cover, Icon, Title
- Create a new page for each topic
- Add value to that topic
- Share that new page liberally
- Rinse and Repeat
Tools & Software to use for these
These resources should be raw, authentic, and take you no more than 15 minutes to produce and publish. (authentic means no big production, no fancy setups, just record, rip it, and send it)
→ Screen.studio (https://screen.studio)
→ Loom (https://loom.com)
→ CapCut (https://capcut.com)
→ Notion (https://notion.so)
Those are the tools I use to make these. Minimal cost, maximum effectiveness.
My Process
- Outline topic
- Record in Screen Studio (use Loom as an alternative)
- Edit inside Screen Studio
- Remove filler words and spaces in CapCut
- Export from CapCut
- Upload to Loom
- Upload to YouTube
- Add a thumbnail
- Add a description
- Share from Loom (so users can watch at 1.5x speed and I can track views)
